Maximize your Wellbeing

MAX10 is a five-week challenge designed to support you in finding ways to optimize your total wellbeing through movement, education, self-care, emotional wellbeing, and social connection. Participants can take advantage of a variety of wellbeing offerings through the City of Grand Rapids Wellness Program.
